    CONSTRUCTION (To ABS Approved Plan Certification)
    • Hand laminated hull and deck with ½' balsa core, molded in gel coat color.
    • First hull laminate uses vinylester resin for superior blister resistance.
    • Three coats of epoxy below the waterline.
    • Standard hull & deck colors are Oyster White.
    • Choice of boot & sheer stripe colors.
    • Upper and intermediate shrouds to stainless steel chainplates and backing plates caulked and thru-bolted to the hull.
    • Lower shroud chainplates set inboard for ease of movement.
    • Solid teak rub-strake on hull.
    • Rudder with steel web frame supported by high strength manganese bronze gudgeon and closely coupled to steel reinforced integral skeg.
    • Ballast-1 1,000 pound (5.0 m) solid lead casting permanently attached w/ stainless steel keel bolts and backing plates.
    • Keel to hull joint bedded in epoxy.
    • Interior - Structural fiberglass interior unit bonded into hull with fiberglass mat and woven roving.
    • Primary bulkheads bonded into hull & deck with fiberglass then bolted in place.
    • Underside of deck, lockers and entire bilge are gel coated to prevent mildew and to facilitate cleaning.
    • All bulkhead openings for hoses and wiring are rubber grommeted to prevent chafing.
    • Deck to hull connection-Integral hull & deck flanges mated and bedded in polyurethane and fastened with stainless steel fasteners.
    • Deep bulwarks with heavy teak cap rail, hand fitted with butterfly joints.
    • Deck balsa cored. Plywood core in hardware mount areas.
    • Deck has molded-in non-skid pattern.

    • All cleats, winches, turning blocks, pulpits & stanchions are thru-bolted with metal backing plates and caulked on both sides with polyurethane.
    • 30" high stainless steel double rail bow and stern pulpits with running lights and 30" high double lifeline stanchions.

    • Stem fitting with 2 anchor rollers and locking pins.

    PLUMBING

    • Bronze thru-hull fittings with U.L. approved bronze seacocks below the waterline, and bronze ball valves above waterline.
