CONSTRUCTION
DETAILS

Certification)
- Hand laminated hull and deck with
molded-in gelcoat color.
- First laminate uses vinylester
resin for superior blister resistance.
- Standard color is Antique White.
Contrasting boot & sheer stripes.
- Deck is balsa cored. Plywood is
substituted in high load areas.
- Deck has molded-in non-skid
pattern.
- Deck to hull connection-mating
hull and deck flanges bedded in polyurethane adhesive and
fastened with stainless steel thru-bolts. Solid lead
ballast is encased in fiberglass.
- Interior - structural fiberglass,
plywood and gel coat interior unit bonded into hull with
fiberglass mat and woven roving. White matte finish below
counter height, teak cabinetry above. Stainless steel
chainplates and backup plates caulked both sides and
thru-bolted to hull.
- Ballast- 3,200 pound solid lead
encased in fiberglass.

DECK
EQUIPMENT
 Polished bronze deck hardware includes:
Two Harken #16.2 two speed genoa sheet
winches.
Two Harken #8 winches, Spinlock
clutches on cabin top.
Four 7" x 12" and four 4" x 7"
opening ports.
Two 8" stern mooring cleats.
Two 10"
bow mooring cleats with hawse pipes.
- All cleats, winches, turning
blocks, pulpits and stanchions are installed with backing
plates and caulked both sides.
- Harken blocks and
mainsheet traveler hardware.
- Bomar double opening
forward hatch.
- Bow roller assembly with two
anchor rollers. Stainless steel double rail bow and stem
pulpits with 27" high stanchions, and double
lifelines.
- Laminated vertical grain fir
bowsprit with clear epoxy finish, teak platform and bronze
eye band.
- Stainless steel swim ladder with
teak treads.
- Bow chain locker with anchor deck
pipe.
- Stern chain locker, anchor roller
and deck pipe.
- Deep bulwarks with punched
aluminum toerail.
- Four teak loop handrails on cabin
top.
- Fiberglass sliding hatch and
fiberglass seahood.

SPARS AND
RIGGING
- Aluminum spars with two-part
polyurethane finish.
- Single hander's package:
halyards, single line reefs led to cockpit.
- l x l9 stainless steel standing
rigging.
- Forged bronze open body
turnbuckles.
- Color coded dacron running
rigging. Harken running rigging blocks.
- Stainless steel tabernacle style
mast step.
- Set up to accept boom vang. Boom
has provision for single line reefing.
- Masthead and foredeck lights on
mast.
