CONSTRUCTION
DETAILS

Certification)
- Hand laminated hull and deck with
molded-in gelcoat color.
- First laminate uses vinylester
resin for superior blister resistance.
- Standard color is Antique White.
Contrasting boot & sheer stripes.
- Deck is balsa cored. Plywood is
substituted in high load areas.
- Deck has molded-in non-skid
pattern.
- Deck to hull connection-mating
hull and deck flanges bedded in polyurethane adhesive and
fastened with stainless steel thru-bolts. Solid lead
ballast with stainless steel keel bolts.
- Interior - structural fiberglass,
plywood and gel coat interior unit bonded into hull with
fiberglass mat and woven roving. White matte finish below
counter height, teak cabinetry above. Stainless steel
chainplates and backup plates caulked both sides and
thru-bolted to hull.
- Rudder supported by a manganese bronze gudgeon.

DECK
EQUIPMENT
 Stainless steel and chromed bronze deck hardware includes:
Two Harken #40.2STC two speed Genoa sheet
winches.
Two Harken #16.2 jib and main halyard winches
Spinlock
line clutches on cabin top.- Divided bow chain locker with anchor deck
pipe. Two 12" bow mooring cleats with hawse pipes.
- Stern chain locker, anchor roller and deck pipe. Two 10" stern mooring cleats.
- All cleats, winches, turning blocks, pulpits and stanchions
are installed with backing
plates and caulked both sides.
- Harken blocks and mainsheet traveler hardware.
- Four 7" x 12" and four 4" x 7" stainless steel Hood Passage Series opening ports.
- Large Bomar double opening
hatch.
- Bow roller assembly with two
anchor rollers. Stainless steel double rail bow and stem
pulpits with runnings lights and 32" high stanchions with double
lifelines.
- Stainless steel bow sprit with two anchor rollers, locking pins and bobstay.
- Stern mounted stainless steel swim ladder with
teak treads.
- Deep bulwarks with punched
aluminum toerail and Harken snatch blocks.
- Four teak loop handrails on cabin
top.
- Teak sliding hatch, solid teak drop boards and
fiberglass seahood.
